3 weeks ago I was 382 and decided to make a change and started this new Diet program called along with 2 hours of cardio a Day and now I’m down to 349 and got 89 pounds to go!!! Kobe’s on my feet to keep that Mamba mentality and never give up. πŸ™ŒπŸΎ

Bro it’s doable. I decided last year to get back to my playing weight (220) I dropped 36 pounds, but that’s the easy part. The hard part is maintaining with discipline. πŸ¦ΎπŸ™πŸΏπŸ˜… keep listening and kick sugar and carbs to the garage like an historic car. Drive occasionally!
