Turn this around the other way. If government say tomorrow lockdown over, back to normal how many will remain voluntarily locked down? The vast majority need to have confidence they are safe. The exit strategy is more about restoring that confidence level than dates.

Can't help but feel that this is a leading question: "been asked to remain at home"... No matter what your opinion on the issue is, I'm sure "been criminalized for exercising basic civil liberties of movement and association" would have elicited a different response.
