....yes, that. Also seriously I'm at the point where I'm tempted to write out a living will going "if the cost of care is going to be more than x amount, do not bother with treatment".

When talking about my brother’s terrible medical care experience im Vietnam, I said how I feel for people in poor countries who can’t get easy access to decent medical care. And my friend said yeah, and America.
