Your advice might help if I had an AWS login, but since my account is on legacy , I can't access AWS support. Plus, since the issue is that my account is *blocked*, not sure if I'd be able to log in anyway... Any other options?

Despite repeated emails, no one from has fixed the situation yet (or, really, seemed much interested in trying). Anyone have any suggestions meanwhile for alternative multi-env cloud IDEs -- open source or with free tiers??

I'm blown away by how poorly my *PAID* legacy Cloud 9 account is being handled by . I've been locked out for months without an alert or explanation. They claim malware now -- but I'm guessing it's related to me trying to diagnose a bug in Firefox/Linux. ๐Ÿ™„

Gmail's new "smart compose" feature is like a flashback to living with my ex -- equally terrible at finishing my sentences for me and almost as irritatingly patronizing. ๐Ÿ‘ฟ

At some point weโ€™ll drop the โ€œremoteโ€ from โ€œremote workโ€ and itโ€™ll be merely โ€œworkโ€. Work without the negative connotations of being remote.

Q4: The application process is a ton of work and intimidating, but also lots of fun. Since you'll be working independently, it's essential that you show that you: - can carefully follow instructions - are resourceful enough to figure some things out for yourself

Q3: My project was to build a dashboard for metrics. I learned: - no one knows everything about coding ๐Ÿ˜ - how to structure work into smaller tasks so it's not overwhelming ๐Ÿคฏ - how to work well in a community ๐Ÿค— - lots of Python ๐Ÿ๐Ÿคฉ

Speaking for myself, as a woman, "roaming hacker house" sets off all my alarm bells ๐Ÿšซโ˜ข๏ธโ˜ฃ๏ธโ€ผ๏ธ. (There's actually a linked video - dudes, beer coolers, some kind of distillery visit, cigars & jungle off-roading. ๐Ÿ™„) Upside: No insincere "we value diversity" claims.

Here's another winner. This is a tech company that I'm betting has an irritating drip marketing campaign of some kind. A short form email isn't a big ask, y'all -- it's common courtesy. ...Next!

No idea, but all the overtime in the world won't make it OK. My favorite part: "free financial advice" is listed as a special perk... Like that's going to make up for burning people out like IKEA tea lights. ๐Ÿ•ฏ๐Ÿคฏ
