Today we have lit the British Embassy Washington blue to celebrate —the 75th anniversary of its founding charter. Serving as the UK’s Perm Rep to the UN was a great honour, where I saw firsthand the enormous impact the has had over the past 75 years.

For 🇬🇧, as and I said today, health and particularly sexual & reproductive health rights, including access to the full range of family planning services, is a critical issue for women & girls. We want to fully realise the SDGs & uphold UDHR, ICCPR & like agreements.
