24 Min EMOM today 1. Max cal row 2. Burpee box jump 24” 3. Farmer carry @ 80lb kbs 4. Max sit ups finishing with a 50 cal bike and 1600m run (or jog whatever)

Almost didn’t make it this morning, but here it is. Back Squat day - worked my way up to 2x1 @ 415. Then 30-20-10 for KB swings @ 53lbs and burpees.

1 mile run to start the day today, followed by the "California Love" workout. 30 Squat Clean + Jerk @ 155lbs Every 5 reps stop and do 5 burpees What'd everyone else do to kickoff their Friday?!

Today’s Fun: 4x4 Minute AMRAPs - 10 Cal Assault Bike 10 Ball Slams @ 40lb ball- 2x 200M double KB front rack farmers walk@ 50lb KBs - 1/2 mile or so jog to finish it up.

Every minute on the minute for 24 minutes 1: 15 cals airbike 2: Max pull-ups 3: Double KB front rack hold 53lb KBs Definitely broke a sweat today with this one today.
