Wagyu beef also contains more conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) – Omega 6 per gram than any other foodstuff – 30 per cent more than other beef breeds. CLA is a fatty acid with potent anti-carcinogenic properties, as well as being an anti-inflammatory agent.

Congratulations - so are we! First vintage released was approx 180 cases of a barrel fermented SB 1994! Old barrels, kind courtesy Kevin Arnold, and winemaking kind courtesy Mike Dobrovic and Larry Jacobs - Quite a journey!

Heard from a legal friend - “the cork industry is supplying a product that they refuse to guarantee - a product with a latent and or patent defect.” Why would anyone wish to buy a known defective product? With a specific negative impact on your product/brand value! Blind faith?

Diam or screw it - Natural cork is simply your significant other that just doesn’t get home once a week!! Unreliable and a relic from the past, no one loves a wine destroyed by cork!? long live the cork, the cork is dead!
