We lose 12 men to suicide each day. Today one was a man who I trained with, worked with and respected. Please dont tell anyone to man up or to keep their feelings in. If you're struggling, please remember - you deserve to be here, you are loved, please talk. Please💔

We truly need to reduce these numbers, we need our men to speak up about their feelings. We’re all human, we think, we feel.

Inclusion is not a strategy to help people fit into the systems and structures which exist in our societies. It is about transforming those systems and structures to make it better for everyone. Inclusion is about creating a better world for everyone.

comment by govt on free school meals suggests it's ok for kids to starve in the holidays. When are we going to acknowledge poverty properly. Kids are starving in this country everyday.

My kids have both been brought up to know that love is love. They can choose to love whomever they want, regardless of gender, race, religion etc. As long as they are happy and loved, that is all I want for my children.

If you honestly believe that teaching children that people of the same gender can love each other, have a relationship and have a family is harmful, then you need to take a serious look at yourself and the world around you 🤦🏽‍♂️ Time to wake up 🌈

Gender roles may seem innocent & nonexistent in todays culture but are still present & cause major effect on current & future generations. They set limits on personality & mental health awareness, try to force male/female into job categories & discriminate those who dont conform
