My hope (as a recovering journalist) is that having the Globe in Providence will up the ante on producing quality journalism in PVD. But, having worked for Gatehouse, I have serious doubts for that outcome.

Today marks the groundbreaking for . The 110,000 square foot high-tech farm on Harris Avenue is slated to open in early fall 2019 and will create approximately 60 permanent and 100 construction jobs.
