Anyone know how can I combine "apt install" and "apt dist-upgrade" into a single apt execution (so I don't have to have the double-overhead of the database read/write and trigger executions)? The best I've found isn't that much better:

apt dist-upgrade takes the same arguments as install, so you can just pass additional packages to install to it.
