No. US government claims universal jurisdiction where it is the alleged victim, in this case, it claims through publishing copies of documents it generated at some point. Independent states do not recognize such extraterritoriality. Subordinate allies, however, do.

Meet my prosecutor, Tracey Doherty-McCormick, who took charge of over 120 prosecutors at the Eastern District of Virgina last month. EVDA is where the US holds its "national security" cases. She has been on the case since the start

It contains excellent reportage and fake news. I'm an accuracy purist, so that's = fake news to me. It is the product of a general culture of impunity. The writer is permitted to instrumentalize the Intercept for his well known psychotic animus in an ongoing basis.

Latest theory being discussed in DC is that I overthrew the US government in revenge for the coup against my home country, Australia. No need for this. In what world would WikiLeaks go all NYTimes & suppress a newsworthy, accurate leak before an election?

It's two to four men men from a billion dollar corporation with decades of experience filming a surprise attack on an old woman at her home demanding to know whether she was in league with a foreign power so as to harness her shock for their power faction in the domestic war.

From now on, where warranted, I'm referring to The Intercept, which does not legally exist, and which is economically a vanity project of Peirre Omidyar, run by First Look Media Works, Inc. of which Omidyar is the president, as the Omidyar-cept.

What man would not defend himself from the scurrilous imputation that he was some kind of pedophile or pedophile enabler? Of course he's going to defend the Intercept, he's one of its co-founders, publishes there, has friends there and it pays him ~$500k/year. He's only human.

Alleged? Aren't you the Hillary guy who ruined the launch of Obama's reset of Russian relations by mis-translating "reset" to "overcharge" due to linguistic incompetence? Who became the 'architect' of Obama's Russia policy? Too many McFails, McFaul.

NYTimes gets a chance to interview my lawyer, , who was detained for a month by Libyan rebels when she visited her other detained client, Saif Gaddafi, who they wanted to kill. So here's what they ran with (note, I won, was never even charged):
