The NYPD in five acts: 1) Cop planted evidence after turning off body cam 3) Cop perjured himself at trial 4) Judge advised Cop to get an attorney 3) DA dismissed case 4) Cop not charged, not disciplined, cleared of any wrongdoing and back on the job. 5) Rinse and repeat

If you went back just a few decades. You will find out that the NYPD was one of the most corrupt PD in the US. Apparently, the stench has not left the city?

so this is more evidence that there needs to be a law that if a cop turns off their camera during an interaction with a citizen it needs to be a Felony. This is not the first time a cop turned off their camera for something like this to happen.

The numbering is insane, but then again so is this process. Name another job where you can plant items to accuse others of wrongdoing, get caught & get away with it

They’re all in together so to avoid an investigation into everyone, they all support each other and help each other.

A precedent doesn’t want to be set because they know it’s over for them if it is.... gross injustice by the ones swore to protect and serve. The only ones being protected and served are themselves

What else is new ..a corrupt cop ; a DA complicit in police corruption and abuse ; and a jury that consistently refuses to do justice when it comes to abusive cops. All part of an unjust system masquerading as fair and equal.

It's time to enforce and . I bet many Americans don't know federal laws exist to put criminal police away like or send them to death row like killers.

not gonna deny the possibility that a cop planted evidence, but i wouldn't jump to that right away. HOWEVER, it is odd that they would claim the car clean, have one of the officers camera turn off, then to announce they found a joint in PLAIN VIEW.
