The more Americans that live paycheck to paycheck begins to grow with no immediate resources, the more the poverty crisis grows. A living wage and more resources and support are needed for families and individuals that faces poverty.

What does our American poverty crisis look like? 1 out of 12 senior citizens didn’t have enough food in 2017. The so-called statistical poverty line is misleading. Poverty is the 8 out of 10 Americans living paycheck to paycheck.

Across the nation - from Ohio to Georgia to now Alabama - there is a war being waged against the dominion women have over the bodies. This war complements the war that is being waged on low income women and their kids. All of us - men included - must stop this war against women!
