This is one of the biggest changes in my perception I’ve noticed. Now when something sticks out to me, I start thinking of why it’s hard to fix.

Interesting thing to think about - there are lots of awesome features that are easy, but not often requested. Sometimes it’s because they are not needed - other times they are awesome features that your average user/manager won’t think of
