The eyes and head of a remorseless killer, transplanted into a body ten times as large. Nothing terrifying about that!

This is the best opportunity to push for not leaving there's been since the EU ref. The options are simplifying to No Brexit or No Deal. Both will be terrible but I think the former less so. SNP vote likely best way of signalling this in Scotland. Voting closes at 10pm.

Heard an episode of 's All in the Mind on the way to work. On the Light Triad of personality traits, cf the Dark Triad often focused on. Downside of high Light Triad scores could be a +anxiety and -assertiveness. Answer is balance. Be neither a doormat nor a jackboot.

A Conversation Long read - vote well tomorrow: "Being a member of the EU was not the cause of the UK’s woes, neither was immigration. If the British really want to take back control they will need to reassess their more recent history. Knowledge is power."

This is a devastating critique of the UK government's “harsh and uncaring” social security policies. On the same day that the Metro features a 4-page DWP-sponsored advertisement on how wonderful Universal Credit is.

I’ve never seen this before: a government press release/advert on its much criticised Universal Credit dressed up as 4-page investigative news report, basically framed around the ‘fake news’ narrative.
