Thank you, Roseanne. If any leader isn’t willing to protect his/her team in every way possible, that leader should immediately resign because it’s simply leadership malpractice. I know so many others throughout are doing the exact same thing and I’m proud of that!

I’m being much more purposeful in my connections. Checking in on my family more. Trying to be more overall patient. Being deliberate about 3x a week Town Halls. Daily vs. weekly calls with my leadership team. Finding a few moments of down time and being at peace every day too.
