No reason to think a prosecution is on the cards on the basis of the evidence before us. Not in the PPE cases anyway.

Idk, it's quite possible. It's a fair point - but still hard to get to an urgent need for 50m?

My letter to about Andrew Mills. He advises her Board of Trade. Mr Mills set up Prospermill and is on the board of Ayanda Capital. These companies are at the centre of the procurement of unsuitable PPE. Did she discuss it with him? What are the rules for advisers?

Key line: "In 2019, what really counted was not a campaign group, but the political parties." - but did it really only count in 2019? An alternative history would argue campaigners did extraordinarily well to keep Remain on the table without support from Government or Opposition.

In case you missed it last night - my thread showing why Andrew Mills/Prospermill/Ayanda are likely to have made at least £50m profit supplying duff or untested PPE to the NHS.
