Maybe death penalty proponents can bring DiFi back into the fold by making it part of the Green New Deal — all you have to do is scrap lethal injection and replace it with a solar powered electric chair

Frm 1980 to 2004 the CA leg constructed 21 new prisons. Now, the leg is considering a bill to cut parole times for violent criminals in half. Coincidentally, 1 of the mass murderers who'd be hoping for early release actually cut his victims in half

Biden was so proud of the 1994 Crime bill he has repeatedly referred to it over the years as ‘the Biden bill.’ In fact, he’s done everything but smell its hair and kiss the back of its head.

People he’s accused of stealing frm include a paraplegic, the destitute, and a small town bank. If only a fraction of these claims prove true, Michael Avenatti will be the biggest ass in the legal profession until the day Kim Kardashian passes the bar exam

Authorities say Avenatti built his house of cards by stealing money from new clients to repay the money he stole from old clients. Based on these charges, we can think of his entire career as the lawyer's version of the Fyre Festival.

The Ninth Circuit really has become the OJ jury of the federal court system…And If they don't stop enabling homelessness, we’re going to become a nation of Kato Kaelins.
