Not sure if I’m good at it, but I certainly do give feedback on a frequent basis, I also expect (and will ask) for feedback. As a delivery lead, feedback is critically important. I use it as a way to constantly learn//adjust where needed

The perception of value does rest with the provider (manager, leader) which drives the decision. However, you can lead a horse to water but can’t make him drink. The receiver must get it and act. If it always bounces off, that’s a different discussion but still feedback.
