Minister Blair is in Broken Hill today to celebrate all 270km of the Wentworth to Broken Hill pipe being laid in just 10 months. This is an incredible achievement by WaterNSW and its partners John Holland and MPC group, bringing the community long term water security.

Eagle-eyed Melburnians may've noticed a new addition to the city skyline recently – our new crane! It’s the first time in 15 years our logo has appeared in Melbourne’s sky. The crane will assist our team building our Flinders Gate project, which will eventually become our new HQ.

Talk about multitasking! Trains and cars are now moving – at the same time! – at Skye/Overton Road in Melbourne. We have removed the dangerous boom gates and installed new twin rail bridges so traffic can now pass under the train line, meaning a smooth ride home for all. Genius.

Our team working on our Mernda Rail Extension Project have finished laying the last 1500 metres of track, meaning effortless travel for thousands living in Melbourne’s north is one step closer. On Monday, we start preparing for the arrival of the first test trains. Great job!

Congratulations to our team for taking out the Engineering Design Award and the Safe Work Australia Award for Good Design at the Good Design Awards last night. Their Mobile Swing-Stage Gantry, which is in use at Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal in QLD, is clearly a winner!
