“Mr. Putin did have a clear favorite. He interfered on his behalf, and his favorite was elected president. The Trump campaign knew about this and was more than happy for the help. Then they lied about receiving that help. This isn’t so complicated.”

“There’s a reason obstructing justice is a crime on its own. The justice system doesn’t work when people lie to authorities. Mr. Barr’s curious views on obstruction is just one reason that Mr. Mueller’s full report must be made available, immediately to American people.” ~NYT

More to come when— 1) the report receives the transparency members of Congress demanded by their votes, and, 2) the SDNY finishes their investigations. The taking of victory laps or the singing of death dirges for Democrats is a bit premature. Take a breath.

We know this: 1) Mueller found no evidence of Trump colluding with Russia 2) Mueller found troubling information on whether the president committed obstruction of justice but reached no legal conclusion. That is all we know of the Mueller Report. Barr’s summary is incomplete.

“But they would be wise to graduate from what conservatives call 'Trump derangement syndrome'. There is a dose of truth in that critique too. If Mr Trump is true to form, he will now stoke 'TDS' as much as he can. It will help his re-election campaign.”

“Mr Barr’s take on Mr Mueller’s findings cannot be taken at face value: Mr Trump attempted to obstruct justice in full public view. Democrats are therefore right to demand publication of the report.” ~⁦

You misspelled “While this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.” Pls fix. Thx.

It's a strength of our system that it's extraordinarily difficult to indict someone for such serious crimes. This certainly makes the many indictments in the process look very serious. Look forward to seeing Mueller's work product rather than other's descriptions of it.

Good questions by . And, why did they lie about the Trump Tower Moscow project? Why did Trump behave the way he did in Helsinki, effectively kowtowing to Putin and repeatedly accepting his word at face value? That was pathetic—and all are now just big unanswered questions.

Memo to Journalists: It is GOOD NEWS for America when someone as respected as Robert Mueller takes two years to methodically determine that the sitting president of the United States did not conspire with Russia. Take a breath.

Donald Trump and his radical blew through a $234 billion deficit LAST MONTH alone. Over America’s first 200 years, the USA never ran a deficit so high over the course of an entire year!

The Republican race to the bottom starts with the president and is being executed by Lindsey Graham and Trump Republicans who just gave Americans the biggest one-month deficit in U.S. history.
