I've read accounts of events in the Vietnam War, but I don't recall reading anything about paranormal experiences. If you can point me to resources, I'd love to learn more!

As far as I know, there is no independent evidence of this. Certainly we do not have the court archives from in which the letter was allegedly found. It is very unlikely to be a real exchange of letters.

The Doctor ends up in a Jekyll and Hyde story on the edge of the universe. and discuss the story, but the high point is when Jimmy sings the entire theme song to the 70s kids show Lidsville.

I'm not aware of an active debate among theologians, but Catholics are certainly free to hold different opinions on the subject.

In other words, by some ways of conceptualizing it, forgiveness does take place in purgatory. However, on other views, it would not.

It depends on how you define/conceptualize forgiveness in relation to dealing with the remaining consequences of sin. The concepts are not automatically mutually exclusive, but they can be defined in ways that would distinguish them. 1

I have a bachelor's and most of a master's degree in philosophy from the University of Arkansas. Everything after that is self-study (with help from a few mentors).

There is no solid basis for saying John 3:16 is an interpolation. I know of no New Testament scholar who holds this, regardless of their personal faith or lack thereof.

The Offspring is a significant foundation for the Picard series. & examine the connections & delve into questions of artificial personhood, parents' rights, & what Riker's intentions really were toward Data's daughter.

Also, as one would expect, is naturally concerned about Catholic teaching authority and how it works. I'm also the author of a theological manual on that subject.

Also, at the core of 's concerns are the gospel/how to be saved. I am the author of more than one book on this subject from a Catholic perspective and could be of more assistance than some due to familiarity w/the subject. (I'd also be happy to send him the books.)
