Dutch cities *really* like putting their tram tracks on grass. And it’s not just the bigger metropolitan areas. Here’s the scene in Schiedam; population 80,000. Dedicated right-of-way. Less asphalt. Better stormwater infiltration and sound absorption. Seems like a win-win to us!

As in, they wont be the only influence but i think they will have a substantive influence. To be clear - every general ive voted in has been a more important election. But ive always voted in a safe seat so i personally counted for shit
