You feel so alone. Then everything around you stresses you, saps your energy and puts you on edge. Then you lose grip, lose control.

That low. That point where everything just tires you. You look for an achor, something to hold on to, hope, but you find nothing.

You may never know what makes people want to end it all until you experience it yourself.

Whatever decision you make in this life comes with the burden of responsibility. You will be judged by your actions. Think of that before you tweet your sob stories🙄

You put your personal issues on social media seeking the wisdom of the crowds to resolve marital disputes? You're a braver person than I, because when the wolves are finished with your life, even DNA analysis would not help identify the fragments of bone left of your carcass.

It’s supposed to be exercise and food. That’s what I do. I’m not in town, plus I have no control over my food options. The two things that’s supposed to help keep me in check are not in place, exercise and healthy eating.

Thanks boss. I also think I took the weight at the wrong time—4 PM after snacking. Early in the morning would have been a better time to check
