Hi Phil. All your crypto assets are on the blockchain and only you can control them trough your wallet, with the right 12 words or private keys. Nobody else has them, not even us. Please reach out to us so we can look into this together and figure it out. Thank you! - DA

Hi Phil, as long as you used the 12 words that were in your wallet when you could see the balances, they should have shown up after re-pairing. Can you reach out to us by submitting a support request on so we can look more into this? - DA

Hi Phil, all your crypto assets are on the blockchain. It's great that you have your 12 words backup phrase. Pair it to a Jaxx Liberty wallet and manage your assets through it. You can get Jaxx Liberty on your favourite platform from here: - DA

Hi Junaid, is your Ethereum wallet active? You can activate it from the MENU > Customization > Manage Wallets. If it's active, would it be possible to re-pair your phrase by entering it again in the Tools > Pair/Restore Existing Wallet in the menu. - DA

Hello, sorry to hear you're getting this issue. What is your exchange pair, ETH to what asset? Are you getting any error codes? Did you connect your ShapeShift account? (You can do it in the MENU > Tools > Third Party Authorization).
