Warriors' next 7 days will be focused squarely on LeBron James, dissecting everything there is to know. That in itself is a hell of a story.

Nice to hear about Sweetie, the Warriors' 105-year-old fan. My grandmother in Miami turns 107 soon & has followed the Heat. Power of sports.

Cavs need to keep TOs down and make open 3s consistently, and control pace. GS' D to O makes you pay and have more depth, which is X-factor.

Irving may not be at 100% health, & not a great PG defender, so Mozgov & Tristan as hedgers, switchers & rotating back very key vs. Curry.

Find it fascinating that one star is a colossal figure in LeBron and the other is an everyday man in Curry. Two distinct styles and heroics.

Also from a source: Melvin Hunt is currently the front-runner for the Nuggets' coaching job. Mike D'Antoni has not interviewed with Denver.

Another ATL loss for playoff hoops was lack of physical center/blocker. Cavs had 2. GS has Bogut. Post bigs fewer, but D-minded bigs key.

Why for a lot of that? Cavs' D. Many insiders taken aback how much better it's grown in the second half of the year, especially now.

Cavs' D surge was impressive. Physical, rotations & rebounds. ATL great test to prepare for GS (likely). Also fast-paced. But GS has Curry.

I tweeted this during the game, not after. I promoted Harden a lot as the league MVP, so very positive about him.

Wrong. Helmets are engineered and cushioned to lessen the effect of concussions, not intensify.

Football players wear helmets; basketball players don't. Therefore NBA injuries may be more significant before examination.

How did you know it wasn't a concussion before he was examined by doctors? I didn't either. My point is extreme precaution.

A key issue I still have with Harden is he rarely runs back on D after a turnover. Many times he's off the screen lagging back.

Not extreme. W/ a multimillion dollar investment like Curry, high precaution should be taken, as they do in NFL w/ helmets.

Impossible to verify, but that would have likely been the 2nd longest shot in NBA history had it counted ( made a 89"er in 01)
