If a change of PM really is in the offing, then look back as far as when John Major replaced Mrs. T. and remember one thing - It’s never who everyone thinks it’s going to be. That’s one of the reasons why, two weeks ago, I backed Geoffrey Cox. He’s 50/1 on some markets.
