40 hours from the incident and there's no resolution. Bravo Air India. Shameful state of affairs. Atleast have the decency to admit publicly that you won't help !

I am happy to drop off the luggages at my own cost at the airport or the Air India Paris office at my own expense. Please provide a reply and a definitive solution.

I believe I've given enough details of the incident above and don't see the point of filling out a feedback form. I request for a resolution of the problem and for AI to instruct the Paris staff to accept the luggages to send to Delhi from one of their evening flights this week

Now I need a solution. I would like Air India to compensate us by sending the luggage on the next flight to Delhi and reimbursing for the tickets. Please reply to this message with highest priority. Thank you, Jai Karan MAGGU

Unacceptable and shameful for a national airline to treat countrymen this way, with the staff at CDG Airport walking out at exactly 8pm !

My entire family has been traveling Air India since years and years and this is how faithful customers are treated ! My father, a govt employee for 40 yrs and always a faithful AI customer received such treatment for being 5 minutes late after the cutoff of 1 hour, for check-in.

We got the luggages out and rushed to the airport to reach at 8.05 pm for the flight which was designated for departure at 9pm but left at around 9.30pm. They were very rude to my parents, both 60+ and heart patients and mistreated them beyond words !

Their suitcases got stuck in the lift at home and my parents were sent ahead to the airport to inform the Air India staff of the issue, while my wife and I called the lift technician to get them out.

We just had a terrible and traumatizing experience with Air India and I would like someone to respond and give a solution to this problem. My parents were taking the Air India flight 142 from Paris to Delhi today and we're not allowed to check in their luggage !
