Yes! IHC available: Abcam EPR 17341. DNA based NGS can also detect a high proportion of NTRK fusions. Manuscript with diagnostic characteristics of DNA based NGS and IHC on ~70 NTRK fusion driven cancers just submitted to hoping to make the info public soon!
