That other symbol burning in this image is the "Odal" rune, an old symbol used by several military units in Nazi Germany. The NSM switched the swastika off of their flag for the Odal a couple of years ago, presumably for better PR.

Quick note about the swastika burning in Georgia this weekend: I knew about the "lighting" ahead of time, but was not invited. No reporter was. It appears they selectively gave access to a single photographer, so that there'd be visual evidence, but no nuanced reporting.
