100 meter freestyle swimming progress:
Nov 30th. Day 1. 8 minutes. No idea what I'm doing. Lifeguard on edge of seat.
Dec 30th. Got goggles and a little technique. 4 minutes
Jan 30th. Better technique and more practice. 2 minutes 20 seconds.
Goal: 1:45 by December

streeeeamline! Biceps to ears and hands on top of each other. As tempting as it is, don’t breathe on the first stroke off the wall - it’s inefficient. Learn to keep your head in the water (water should be at your hairline) and breathe on both sides. Swimming is all technique.
