I really feel like Dems are making the "impeachment question" complicated, when it's simple: "We will hold hearings on what Trump did wrong--including things Mueller didn't even consider (like corruption). At the end of the hearings, we will decide what punishment we support."

A former prime minister and close ally of President Tayyip strongly criticized the ruling AK Party on Monday, blaming policy changes and an alliance with nationalists for its poor performance in 's local elections last month.

1/ Here's what I don't get. We know the hypocrite Republicans in Congress won't vote to impeach Trump. Dems are afraid of blowback if they open an impeachment inquiry. Blowback from whom? Trump's 37%?

Congress not beginning impeachment hearings sends a double signal to foreign countries that they can interfere with our elections, and as long as the candidate wins he can obstruct any investigation into it and no one will do anything 👍🏾

I worked in Clinton WH during impeachment; there’s a fundamental difference to today. During Clinton impeachment, the public perceived the events to be punishment for private behavior. Trump's obstruction is using power of the presidency to shield him from public accountability.

, this appears to vindicate my position that Barr blatantly demonstrated he has betrayed his office, oath to the Constitution, & American people by perjuring himself in Congress re: “spying” on Trump Campaign.

We don’t have the luxury of being tired of hearing about the Mueller report. America’s fever is just a symptom of a widespread plague, and activism is the antibiotic.

Senator Warren sent out an email right after announcing her call for Trump’s impeachment, and guess what the email did NOT include? A fundraising link.

It's a sign of the rot in our political system that all conversation about holding the president accountable takes the form of discussing "What Democrats should do," because Republicans have utterly abdicated their oversight role.

A few years ago, someone called the police on this statue of a homeless Jesus - because of course they did “As you did it to one of the least of my brothers, you did it to me."

Today in Judaism: My absolutely insane parents tracked down the hotel where my husband and I are staying on vacation and sent us a Seder in a box, complete with non perishable items from the grocery store and a Haggaha MY DAD ANNOTATED WITH JOKES.

That does not suggest what the outcome of such a proceeding will be, impeachment is only the beginning of an inquiry. Analogous to a grand jury investigation. But it’s time, it really is.

Finished a second read through the Mueller Report. I don’t say this lightly, as a life long Republican, former R Hill staffer, and someone who has worked on every R campaign and pre-transition team for the last ten years. There is enough here to begin impeachment proceedings.

So basically, Trump's and Kushner's idea of improving relations with Russia is to completely subserviate our country to Russia.

Boy in my HS physics class told me women “don’t fly combat aircraft.” I corrected him and said they’d been allowed for 6 years now. He said “well, then *you* won’t fly them!” I’ve been on the B-52 for 12 years now.
