I think no one close to him has told him the severity of Maria. If staff is willing to hide incendiary memos, they have to also be willing to limit the amount of negative information (ie facts) they provide.

Idiot's, your looking for stupid shit to say. Of course he's not talking about the people that died in the course of the storm, he talking about the aid afterwards. The mayor of PR didn't help get that aid out, the boats were forced to stay docked according to some reports.
