started human trials almost a month ago and even before that. How exactly are they behind a vac that’s starting trials now? Unless you think the FDA is for some reason going to fast track approval of a vac developed outside the US.

This has already been debunked by the FDA.

Because they were the first to react to this. Started animal testing two months ago. Moderna beat them to human trials only because they skipped over animal trials.

class action is BS. It is entirely based on the idea that they lied about having a vaccine, but the vac has cleared animal trials and been approved by the FDA to go to phase 1 human trials. Suit is nothing more then a short who was trying to drive the stock down.

I would say you all are terrible lawyers, but I give you more credit than that. You’re obviously on the payroll of someone who has a short interest in .

Furthermore, at the time of the claim, they had already been in preclinical testing for a month and a half. By the time your lawsuit ever sees a courtroom, they’ll be well into human testing. The suit has zero chance of winning.

Yeah, that happening on March 24th is evidence that the “alleged securities violation” never happened because 1) the DoD would vet the claim before grant 2) they said they had “designed” a vaccine (figured out what genetic code to change to turn off the virus).

Nobody else has a rapid test in hand and already ready for distribution. Approved, yes, “being distributed,” no.

97.2% accuracy for positives, 100% accuracy for negatives. So 2.8% get false negatives but if it gives you negative, 100% you don’t have it.

No. test is better, easier to use, and ready for mass delivery now. just starting to manufacture, will produce only a fraction of AYTU even at top output, needs specialized equipment not everyone has, and can’t tell if you’ve already had and cleared virus.

can distro 10M a month NOW, not 5M after ramp up, and test can be taken at home and can tell if you’ve already had and cleared 🦠. test requires special equipment not even all hospitals have. Only tests presence of virus now.

Because the lawsuit is BS, Alex. They think a short trader knows better than Bill Gates and the Department or Defense.
