I’ve always thought of as not designed for very small teams & startups. But after what I saw yesterday at I’ve changed my mind! I’m really impressed by the things is working on, especially the new UI/UX of the upcoming version of Jira.

What I hear is that bringing in marketing, estimation, and collective buy-in helps teams move away from "engineering" and toward agile. What else helps break down the traditional engineering approach?
