Dr. Remick suggests ways we can improve outcomes of non-trauma out-of-hospital pediatric cardiac arrest: BVM seems better than ETI/SGA, longer scene times may be better (slow down), a pit crew approach is associated with higher survival.

Take home points to treat RVF: Automated CPR buys time, reduce/eliminate epi, consider esmolol & 20% lipid emulsion, have a plan for transport to ECMO & PCI, reduce impedance &/or DSD to enhance rhythm conversion
