Teams shake hands in a lot of sports at the end of games--college hoops for example. When teams do it after hammering each other in a hockey series, it has much more meaning.

I don't care what anyone says, the Stanley Cup playoff handshake line is one of THE cool traditions in sports. The respect between the players is always genuine. And how about those Golden Knights! Way to go George McPhee--GM the GM!

Had a great time--as always-at Gaithersburg Book Festival this afternoon. Rained cleared off, lots of folks came. Good to meet people; see old friends and sign a bunch of books after my talk. Congrats to Jud Ashman and all who have put this event on last nine years. Pure fun.
