A5: 1. Don’t pressure yourself to share your story. 2. If you have one some1 you can trust, confide in them (if you’re comfortable). 3. Let yourself feel the emotions. Holding them in only hurts you. It’s ok to be angry, upset, & devastated. Just don’t stay there.
