We normally talk about "emotional labor" as a bad thing, probably because women are expected to do more of it and not rewarded for it. Hoping our current situation will help us to finally see that emotional work is actually leadership work. It's essential and should be rewarded.

Two recent New Zealand in Aoraki/Mt. Cook region spotted with . Left one ~2km runout, sourced just north of Mt. Cook summit, and occurred some time between 24 Feb-3 Mar. Smaller one on right ~1.2km runout and occurred between 22-25 Jan
