Sir, as checked, a full refund has been initiated from our end towards your booking on 26th June. It usually takes 3 weeks for the refund to be processed. You may then claim the same from your travel agency. ~Siddhi

Hi, the PNR is not eligible for a full refund. As per the directives received, a full refund is applicable where both criteria (creation from 25 Mar to 14 Apr & travel date from 25 Mar to 3 May) are fulfilled. You may visit for the Credit Shell. ~Surjya
