We understand, as well, the value of the recent establishment of the Service Provider Partnership Committee and have sought, from this and the past government, the re-establishment of a family advisory committee and hope this will be forthcoming in the near future. 3/4

In releasing the Report of the Review Panel, Minister acknowledged “the importance of listening to families, PDD recipients and advocates” and stated that this report set the stage for “an incredible opportunity to collaborate with the disability community.” 1/4
