It’s notable how Corbyn’s claim to be “doing everything we can to bring about peace in Syria” is so meaningless. He has done nothing & achieved no peace. He fundamentally rejects any duty to protect even when UN issue a unanimous directive calling on nation states to act

This question should be asked of all politicians in this election. What is saying is: dismantle the Equality Act and all women’s sex-based protections. Thousands of women feel politically homeless because MPs refuse even to discuss erosion of their rights.

At court for the first long trial since becoming a QC and I'm really seeing the benefit. This silk gown swishes around corners SO much more satisfyingly than the cotton one did.

Oh, what a surprise. Owen is happy to label a woman fighting for her party & its clear Brexit policy as “aggressive”. As if the leader of a party opposed to his own & the subject of his endless attacks must make herself acceptable to him

just thinking about how Baz Luhrman solved the "how do we put guns in modern adaptations of Romeo and Juliet when they're always talking about swords?" problem by just showing a close up of a gun that had "sword" written on it. Legend.

Twitter will hate me for this but reactions to Johnson PPB & Momentum’s Batman film are so bubble. The former is actually kind of good & the latter is teeth itchingly bad.

THREAD - all Remainers: will not stop Brexit. Here’s his full voting record AGAINST the EU, all the way back to 1974: 1) After Farage pulled his Road to Damascus, Corbyn supporters are telling folk the only way now to stop Brexit is by voting Corbyn. Wrong:

Mate - France is the WORST system to use as an example. Whilst everyone goes to university, the rich still pay 10000s anyway to go to a select grouping of private universities...which you can only get into if you attend fee-paying “prépa” courses. Entire system favours the rich

Claiming international lithium interests are behind removal of Evo Morales is a complete misreading of the lithium situation. It was local protests at exploitation of the salt flats which led to the deal cancellation
