The student survey? That would be David Hermitt, an ex HT, now doctoral student. I think his tweet is embedded in mine? And there's a further threaded tweet from me linking to a video in which he describes the background.

You might want to take a peek at this student survey & perhaps share with your young people. "... designed so that children and young people can share their personal views on how the pandemic has affected their learning." Results to be shared publicly

For those able to access the site, today's In Our Time episode might be of interest: "Melvyn Bragg and guests discuss Alan Turing (1912-1954) whose 1936 paper On Computable Numbers effectively founded computer science."

HT to for the pointer to the open access book "Data Visualization in Society" Looking forward to reading several of the 26 papers therein, but I wonder if might be interested in "Humanizing data through ‘data comics’"?

"Multi WP Blog Search" - simple, straightforward tool for searching across the multiple WordPress sites that you choose to list - *This* is why you always need to keep an eye on what is up to. It slipped under my radar 1st time around.

Useful sense of scale of stars' sizes in this animated video from taking us through the 'main sequence'.

I've been on an A2Z village names 🚴‍♂️challenge recently and have therefore been looking for lists of locations. Came across the ONS's Open Geography Portal which teachers are doubtless already aware of. Downloaded a huge csv file of UK places 👍
