Erm not how it works on the whole and not what I’m discussing at all. If someone wishes to shop on their own with zero help, please do so. I am very confident in knowing what I want but even I find reviews etc helpful. This is totally off topic.

Everyone has the right to their opinion, but I agree with you. It’s the law and they are taking advantage of YOU in order to gain. It saids a lot about some people.

It affects everyone one. It deceives the consumers/viewers the most so I think it’s relevant to everyone, not just bts for bloggers. Not to mention that is not allowed.

Sooooo how come most influencers are still not declaring gifting and loans?? It’s not a pick and choose thing, you have to declare everything. And yes, I do declare everything, despite a recent complaint that wasted the ASAs time.

As well as reality TV shows offering support to their participants after, I’d really like to see something serious and proper done about online trolling too. Even for influencers it’s relentless so I can’t imagine how it must mentally affect reality tv stars too.

It’s sickening how reality TV exploits young people to become a character for entertainment. They don’t realise that this will stay with them & then they are thrown into the deep end & left to deal with trolls; press & public perception. It’s out of control and a serious issue.

I think someone should be called their actual name when referring to someone’s death in an article. I also think he had no choice but to play along. I don’t think anyone would like to be known as that by thousands of people but that’s just my opinion.

Today they referred to Mike Thalassitis as “Muggy Mike” to report his death. It’s incredibly disrespectful. That’s someones son and brother who just passed. Disgusting.

I also agree with this. I wasn’t referring to relationships but I’ve experienced this and walk away every time. Sometimes I feel I should have tried harder but like you say, it will end eventually unless I stay the underdog so she/he can be on top.

Jealously is a terrible thing. It makes you so bitter and consumes you. I have many... not so great traits but I’m forever thankful that I never feel jealous. It really is gross and toxic.

Finally. Loans are loans, the brand doesn’t invest too much, it’s brand association, which is still very important. In order to get the “gifts” you work must bring results. We have to put work in to get those results. It’s not just a freebie and we take one photo for Instagram.

On the plus side. The regulation is a good thing and most are following the rules. It’s okay if someone doesn’t have as much/buy as much as long as they are transparent. As a blogger we receive PR “gifts”, it’s part of the job but nothing is a freebie at all.

I think a lot of people relied on appearing luxury from loans/gifts but really they don’t invest their own money. I think people are still taking advantage of the regulations, they are taking loans and making it look like a paid collab or even a gift. These are VERY different.

does not mean it was a gift aka a present like when it’s your bday. It’s not free and we have to give something back. In return we produce work that MUST get results. It’s not a freebie. As for not buying anything, it’s clear I buy more than I’m gifted. That’s very clear.

Instagram story yesterday is the best story I’ve ever watched. Because I know her and how she is, it makes it even funnier. I was laughing out loud.
