We do not collect this info at present as, under data protection law, we are only obliged to collect information essential to process a paper submission/registration. However we are reviewing how we review papers to ensure IMC represents the diverse global medieval community.

Thanks for raising this . We recognise the need for IMC to reflect diversity in medieval studies. For future IMCs, we are in the process of reviewing how proposals are submitted and this includes the index terms.
