Has anyone made a PC game that did something with dual mouse input? Plugging multiple USB mice in just works, and most people probably have an extra mouse around somewhere. It would have some of the goodness of dual motion controllers, but with the precision and latency of mice.

Also, 'Walker' worked great with mouse+joystick. (I hope someone remakes it one day.)

A few Japanese porn games have done it to emulate using both hands. Admittedly, a clever design.

I have so many questions. If both of your hands are tied up to using the mice, how are you supposed to make love to your peeing instrument?

Heh, I had this idea back around the id /3D Realms era. Right and left-handed mice controlling, say, two arms in 3D space, each of three buttons as either fingers or functions. Never did it though.

What if you used a camera to read head movement, and pedals on the ground to control leg movement along with the dual mouse setup, might be able to create a psuedo VR mech like game...πŸ€”

biggest issue would be nearly everybody uses one hand for a mouse exclusively. Dexterity would need to be built up from scratch for the off hand before the precision would be good enough to be functionally useful for most precision pointing/dragging tasks

It's not two mice in my version, it's mouse on one screen and controller on the other. Most engines (I'm using Unity) don't support multiple mice, so that would need native plugins for all 3 PC platforms and that's a hurdle for small developers like me.
