Hi Emma, if we have a physical meeting in the future it will be London, but right now we are holding very successful (other) meetings online and it allows easy participation across the whole UK, so we are looking to continue that model for the time being as much as we can.

Thanks ! Now at 32,185 patients helped assess risk since 1 April, over 1000 new just last week, with the data going back to hospital teams weekly. Developed in 9 days.. we're surely a good contender

Hi Stacief, the surveys are shared with the healthcare teams at your hospital, so that your doctor has this info. They can then contact you as needed as part of your ongoing care. If you want a copy, there is a download option. It's OK to do the survey again to get the download.
