I don't see how this could even be a question. It is bad enough that people commit these offences, to then claim rights to children born out of a disgusting and criminal offence is something that should be rightly prohibited and i'm shocked it isn't already.

rapists shouldn't have rights to connect with child born out of act of violence -rapists show no regard for their victim or any resulting child & it appears a further act of violent vengeance to attempt to connect to child-responsibility to protect victim & child in UK law needed

much needed, we can't talk about justice if we let the rights of abusers of human rights prevail over those of survivors, who are still vulnerable in a justice system which rivictimizes them by allowing their coexistence in a child's life w their aggressors. thanks
