Thank you. Please press and hold up and down arrows at the same time until you see a number 1 on the left. Then press the up arrow until you see 13 on the left and press the down arrow to change the number on the right for 0. Press and hold both arrows to save. - Maria

If the thermostat is not connected to WiFi, please remove the face-plate from the wall for a couple of minutes, if it doesn't reconnect automatically after that please open the app and follow the reconnection process (select thermostat, cogwheel, reset wifi) - Maria

Hi there, please open your app, then select the thermostat, tap the calendar icon and select "Options", finally select time-based schedule and make sure that you save the changes. If you have any difficulty doing this please send us a DM. Have an excellent day. - Maria

This may be related to the reversing valve; this controls how your heat pump makes a call for cooling or heating. Do you know how you currently have that setting? -Kari
