Broughton did not appear as a store, but Broughton shopping park is our Chester stores.. So I attempted both for you. Is there any way of letting us know the original sales info, so we can locate the return that way? Emma

So, on 29th July in the Chester store there will be a refund onto a gift card for the value of Β£24.99? Could you let me know the item which was returned? There are a few return receipts with the same value on this day. Emma

Hiya! We have to use super sticky labels, as they can fall off. My best advice would be to warm water with a cloth or warm the glue up and it should wipe off. Hope this helps 😊

Hi Sarah, I'd love to tell you but due to the treasure hunt we hold in our stores we don't have a tracking system so I can't track this down for you. It would be a a case of giving your local stores a ring they will be able to check the stock and see if they can find it for you.

Hi Sophie, as we don't have a tracking system we wouldn't be able to tell which stores would have any. ☹ The only advice I can give is to pop into the ones your willing to travel to and you're more than welcome to call ahead to see if they do before heading in. Billy
